Joe Martin is a modern day troubadour, a seasoned songwriter and performer having
played to tens of thousands of people across the UK and Europe over the past decade.
His musical journey has seen him collaborate with some of Nashville’s top songwriters
including Johnny Garcia of Garth Brooks’ band, hit writer Jill Collucci and Aaron Raitiere
at RCA studios on Music Row. His sound is deeply rooted in the classic American style,
with storytelling and lyric a main focus of Joe’s songwriting. Honing his sound over the
years on the road, Joe’s personal stories have culminated in his debut album ‘Empty
Passenger Seat’ which has been released to much acclaim.

Hey friends,

I feel like things have been quiet of late, but I have some very exciting news to announce!
I'm planning to embark on a journey to create my next studio album in Nashville, which has been a lifelong dream of mine.

This kickstarter / pre-order campaign is my chance to record and release my second album 'Alone In Valentine' which will feature a body of work I have been carefully crafting over the last few years. Now, it feels like the stars have aligned and it's time to make it happen.

What makes this project extra special is who I'm making it with. I'll be teaming up with an incredible production duo: Cal Campbell, son of the legendary Glen Campbell and Cornelius Webb, son of the iconic songwriter Jimmy Webb. Film maker and artist Steve Anderson will be helping me capture some increadible artwork and music videos in the dusty west Texan plains of Valentine and I want to bring you the whole project by spring next year!

This feels like a once in a lifetime opportunity and I feel blessed to have had the good fortune of meeting these incredibly talented people
who can help me bring this vision to reality.
